  Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. First I'd like to apologize to the young manager from Sunday, April 16, 2017. I was a bit too harsh on him. However, I do need to call him out on his response to me. I've been a loyal customer for the last 2 years. However, every single time I drive through, I'm asked to wait at the waiting spot. It gets frustrating to be have to deal with this every single time. It doesn't even matter what the order is. One time it's "we're waiting on the Angus burger", the next it's the nuggets, and then the hash browns. The manager explained that they ensure they provide a quality product. Today's order was lukewarm. The single hash brown they claimed they were waiting on was cold. The burgers they serve are a sloppy mess, with pickle and tomato flopping out from one end and sauce oozing out from the other. The patty is half out of the bun. This is the quality product this manager was speaking of. I hope this review doesn't fall on deaf ears, at least so that they can implement some improvements. For my part, I've decided I've had enough. Never have I been asked to wait at the Dairy Queen down the street or the Wendy's over on Dunlop and the product is quality. I'm done with this place for good, I'm afraid.

  The staff are friendly and fast. The store is kept clean, even at busy times. The drive through is one of the faster ones and the manager I've met is very nice to me. He seems to take pride in his work that it shows through the actions of the employees. Everyone treats me well here.

  Every single time I go there to get food for the family they park us because they can't handle making a 30 dollar order in less than 5 minutes. They always use the excuse "we are waiting on fresh fries" Well guess what, my fries aren't fresh and considering you served 5 other cars behind me while I was parked it's pretty obvious I've been lied to. Every single time they hand me a coupon for a free ice cream like that's supposed to make it all better. I'm still going to eat there in the future because let's face it, mcdonalds is tasty and my kids love it. But they really need to step it up.
